REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR VW MEMBERSHIP

1. A photo plus text (PPT) listing is available for the VF membership, but is optional. Passport size photos are printed for Rs. 50/- in the VEEWORLD magazine. Only one photo is printed per listing. Photos should be showing face only. Any other kinds are not acceptable.(applicable only for Vee Friends)
2. We reserve the right to reject any listing without giving any reason whatsoever. In case of outright rejection only will the membership fee be refunded in full. In case of rejection of membership for breach of regulations, membership fee is non-refundable.
3. We reserve right to edit or copy of any listing at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
4. We reserve the right to terminate membership of any member found to be indulging in unlawful, illegal or indecent activities. Members are warned not to engage in any communication that might be considered vulgar.
5. Along with we screen membership forms, we can not be held liable for any incorrect, untrue or illegal information.
6. We are not responsible for the actions of the members or the action of the respondents or their consequences therefore.
7. We are not responsible for the kinds of response received. VEEWORLD offer services of only forwarding responses of mails received & not the screening of responses.
8. All payment is to be made to authorized VEEWORLD NETWORK ORGANISER (VNO) or at the VEEWORLD head office in favor of VEEWORLD only. (Payable at Mumbai)
9. Payment is accepted only in Cash, Pay Order or Demand Draft in India. For rest of the World, the payments are also accepted in Cheques/Drafts of US $, UK £, International Postal Coupons, British Postal Orders or American Express Money.
10. Photocopies of forms are not valid.
11. Forms with their membership number torn or illegible are not valid.
12. Every VNO carries an identity card & has an identification number. You can verify a VNO credential’s with VEEWORLD’s office or at VEEWORLD’s website by giving his/her ID number.
13. To safeguard against fraudulent sales, you are requested to check with VEEWORLD, your form number together with your VNO’s ID number.
14. Every membership form is a pre-paid membership by a VNO. Therefore filling the form holds you liable to pay the membership fee.
15. Non use of privileges offered as part of the VF membership does not entitle a member to any deduction or discount neither in the membership fee nor to an extension of the membership term.
16. Validity of the forms is one month from the day year marked.
17. Regulations Regarding forwarding Mails :
    1. Only Black & White Text matter are accounted according to the Mails Price List, NO ATTACHMENT WILL BE SERVED.
    2. The delivery will be within the Mumbai Municipal Corporation limits only. (W. Rly. upto Dahisar, Cr. Rly. upto Mulund & Harbour Rly. upto Mankhurd)
    3. Although we shall try our best to deliver your mails to you, latest by the next day, howsoever we shall not be held responsible for any delays, caused due to natural calamities or by any other consult authorities.
    4. Mail forwarding service & Office shall remain close on Sundays, Bank Holidays & Other Holidays.
18. VEEWORLD Reserve the right to change the price assigning any reason whatsoever.
19. The Signatory warrants & assumed full responsibility for all information contained herein & agrees to fully indemnify VEEWORLD against any claims & demands of any description whatsoever, as & when they may arise.
20. The signatory hereby authorises VEEWORLD to use the information contained herein for maintaining their database as well as for any other purpose that VEEWORLD may deem fit.
21. Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
